**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain NetSuite and SAP systems to ensure functionality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement ERP solutions to improve business processes and increase efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
- Perform routine system updates, upgrades, and data backups for all ERP systems.
- Identify and recommend areas for system improvement and optimization to drive business growth.
- Train and support end-users on ERP system functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and integrate new business requirements into the ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of ERP systems, process changes, and user manuals.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest ERP system advancements and industry best practices to provide suggestions for continuous improvement.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in ERP administration, preferably with NetSuite and SAP systems.
- Prior experience with system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of financial and operational processes within an ERP system
- Certification in NetSuite and SAP ERP systems is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹348,180.48 - ₹1,497,538.85 per year
