Seeking a skilled **NetSuite Administrator **to join our dynamic IT department at Dumak. You will be responsible for troubleshooting NetSuite issues and executing various IT projects alongside our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage NetSuite operations, maintenance, and support.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise in our company CRM database - NetSuite by Oracle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliver work within specified deadlines.
- Conduct analysis on user interactions and feedback, providing insights for website improvement.
- Work on projects with the IT team
- Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
- Improve processes and systems internally.
- Stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
- Assist with all other administrative and IT tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High-speed internet connection required.
- Languages: English (required), French (asset).
- NetSuite Administrator Certification in progress required.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Prior experience with WordPress is an asset.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.

**Work Hours**: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (EST)

**Type**: Full-time, 40 hours per week contract.

**Salary**:Starting at $900 USD / month (payment in USD only)
