Position Overview
Managing and maintaining Delivery Associates records, facilitating effective communication, and performing all the activities needed to maintain high productivity and efficient functioning of the operations department. The Executiveof Workforce Management (WFM) is responsible for leading a team of employees who are responsible for planning, forecasting, scheduling and real time resource management of in-center and remote advisors.

Detailed Job Description
Managing Joining Formalities
- Following up with the shortlisted Delivery Associates and completing the joining formalities such as collection and verification of joining documents, issuance of offer letter, medical formalities, bank account opening process, getting signature on undertaking letters etc.
- Maintaining and creating Delivery Associates IDS in Oracle NetSuite.
- Distributing documents of delivery associates such as passport, NOC, Emirates ID, Insurance card and bank card.
Maintaining Records
- Maintaining records and ensuring that the employee changes are entered correctly in the system on a timely basis.
- Coordinating with Finance, Human Resource, Operations, and other departments to ensure proper flow of employee data.
Handling queries
- Dealing with various levels of employees queries in the most kind yet assertive manner.
Clearance/Exit Formalities
- Responsible to get the clearance from the respective departments before the vacation or separation of Delivery Associates, ensuring recovery of outstanding dues before relieving the rider.
- Changing the status of employment on Oracle NetSuite.
- Conducting the exit interview of resigned staff.
Reporting / Training
- Maintaining and updating various trackers such as sim card issuance tracker, passport renewal tracker, sick leave tracker etc and sharing with the reporting manager.
- Preparing MIS reports as required.
- Train and enhance the WFM Specialists skills to improve scheduling solutions as well as their personal growth.
- Balance specialists workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations.
**Qualifications**:
Job Requirements / Desired skills set
- Master of Business Administration in HR or a minimum of a bachelor s degree with a certificate in HR.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Extensive IT proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- The ability to carry out a high volume of routine work to high standards of accuracy and speed.
- A pleasing personality with the right attitude is essential.
