
Customer Relationship and Admin Executive

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive, warm, and organized **Customer Relationship and Admin Executive** to be the first point of contact for clients and ensure smooth functioning of daily operations. You will be responsible for managing client communications, appointments, administrative coordination, and supporting therapists and the management team.
**Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management**:
- Be the welcoming face and voice for clients (walk-ins, calls, and messages)
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently
- Handle client queries with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for sessions or reports
- Manage feedback, concerns, and coordinate resolutions
- Build long-term trust and rapport with clients
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain digital and physical records (intake forms, session logs, reports)
- Coordinate with therapists regarding session schedules and client updates
- Ensure smooth functioning of clinic operations (stationery, housekeeping, utilities)
- Assist in billing, payments tracking, and receipts
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy of client records
**Operational Support**:
- Update client database regularly
- Coordinate between departments (therapy, assessment, management)
- Support with event/workshop logistics or clinic outreach, as needed
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Psychology, Business Admin, or related fields)
- 1-2 years of experience in admin, customer service, or clinic support roles (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (Hindi/Regional language a plus)
- Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, and appointment booking systems
- Empathetic, well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a therapeutic/healthcare setting
