**Position**: Admin Executive
**Location**: Kandivali West
**Experience**: 1 year of experience in Admin
**Salary**:20k to 25k
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**: Perform backend administrative duties such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, and preparing documentation. Organize and schedule meetings, agendas, and logistics. Handle appointments, and ordering office supplies.
- **Vendor Management**:Coordinate with vendors for timely service delivery and resolve any issues. Process vendor invoices and monitor housekeeping-related activities.
- **Travel Management**: Arrange domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, cabs, travel insurance, and forex requirements. Prepare itineraries and manage travel-related documentation.
- **Office Management**: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies. Coordinate team events, offsites, and annual gatherings.
**Skills and Qualification**:
- Gradation is mandatory
- Need minimum 1 year of experience in Admin
- Good communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
