**Job Title**: Sales cum Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for interior design and real estate projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Organize and participate in sales presentations, meetings, and property/site visits.
- Assist in negotiating deals and closing sales.
- Follow up with clients regarding payments & project.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- If needed need to go to site visit.

**Administration**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the sales and project teams.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and project reports.
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and administrative roles, preferably in interior design or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
