**Job Title: Admin Executive**
**Location: Kandivali West**
**Experience: Minimum 2 Years as an Admin Executive**
**Employment Type: Full-Time**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle correspondence, communication, Tender and documentation
- Maintain records, filing systems, and office supplies
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support HR in onboarding, attendance, and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative protocols
- Assist in organizing office events and internal meetings
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in an administrative or office management role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic tech tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
