**JD for SALES ADMIN EXECUTIVE**
The Sales Admin Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and customers. You will be responsible for both sales support and administrative tasks, and shall serve as a key link between the foreign suppliers and Indian customers, ensuring that our processes and communication are seamless at all times.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Support Sales Team**: Assist the director with the preparation of proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
- **Order Management**: Manage the sales order lifecycle right from processing sales orders, tracking shipments, timely document processing and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- **Supplier Interaction**:Co-ordinate order and shipment activities with suppliers based in Europe and South East Asia. Respond to their queries, take status updates and provide timely feedback as needed
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
- **Reporting**: Generate sales reports, update and maintain weekly order book & MIS, analyze data, and provide insights to the management to support decision-making.
- **Documentation**: Maintain order and despatch documentation, including data entry, filing, record-keeping, and archiving. Ensure timely delivery of shipping documents to customers for timely customs clearance.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Admin Tasks**: Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for the Director.
- **Office Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, facility management & coordinating with vendors.
- **Sales Promotion initiatives**: Assist management in organizing customer events, meetings, and conferences.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: B.Com/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Min 3 yrs experience in sales coordination, sales & office administration, or a related role.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Mail)
- Experience with CRM and office management software (e.g., ZOHO, Salesforce, SAP, MS Office).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal & people management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
**Location**: Worli, Mumbai
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
