**Job Title: Diamond Industry Office Administrator**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Office Administration**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and organized work environment.
- **Industry Expertise**:

- Utilize extensive knowledge of the diamond industry to represent the company professionally in all interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- **Vendor Relations**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage vendor contracts, invoices, and payments.
- **Communication**:

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, maintaining effective communication channels.
- Provide support to team members and offer guidance on industry-specific matters.
- **Excel Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (5 years) in office administration within the diamond industry.
- In-depth knowledge of industry norms, business practices, and vendor relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
