Our expertise and niche are TTLC and TTLB diamonds. Our Diamond Mavericks aim to curate consistent and exclusive packages of finely assorted diamonds that fit just perfectly. We emphasise Quality, Quantity, and consistency to deliver the best service to our diverse clients locally, nationally, and internationally.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the diamond industry. Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Generate new business leads through targeted prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to drive sales growth.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at diamond wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, and industry associations.
- Understand client needs and preferences to tailor solutions and maximise sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. Showcase the value proposition of our diamond products/services and differentiate us from competitors.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close sales and secure contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Ensure timely execution of contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress. Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to actively travel domestically.
**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
