Job Description Compliance and Risk Officer
- Oversee the implementation, review and periodic update of Compliance

Policy, including policies and procedures, prescriptions in Compliance

Manuals, internal codes of conduct, etc.
- Ensure compliance of regulatory/ supervisory directions given by RBI
- Disseminating regulations to business and support function and provide

ongoing advisory services to ensure that the Fintech organisation

operates in accordance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Designing and implementing measures to reduce the level of compliance

risk.
- To manage the relationship with the regulators
- To ensure legal / compliance diligence for new customers/ vendors on

boarding: KYC, Intelligence checks and AML verifications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive risk management and

compliance programs in accordance with applicable laws, regulations,

and industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential

threats to the organization's operations, including financial, operational,

and reputational risks.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends, and

update policies and procedures accordingly to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and

operations teams, to address compliance issues and implement effective

risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required by relevant

authorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits,

and coordinate responses as necessary.
- Conduct internal investigations as needed to address compliance

violations or suspected fraudulent activities.
- Thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including

but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer

(KYC), and data privacy regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess potential

risks and compliance issues.
- Verification of Merchant documents and website policies and content.
- Coordination with acquiring banks and merchants for processing of
- Pre and post activation compliance due diligence.
- Ensuring smooth and error free process for boarding and monthly

review of on board merchants.

Followings Requirement:

- Need a company secretary with 3+ years of experience in the payments

industry
- Strong working knowledge of Excel is a must
- Knowledge of at least one industry reporting management tool
- Strong analytical and statistic skills and ability to work independently

and under own initiative
- Detail oriented, well organized, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks

while meeting deadlines
- Understanding of IT concepts and knowledge of risk management

environment will be an advantage
- Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the

expected goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have dealt with any of the regulatory authorities like RBI.

Pay: ₹32,529.51 - ₹40,984.75 per month
