We're seeking a versatile and driven individual to join our team as a Startup Generalist, specializing in both data analysis and business analysis. In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our startup's operations, with a focus on harnessing data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights from diverse datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Support in project management, coordinating tasks, and tracking progress.
- Contribute to other areas of the startup's operations as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis and business analysis roles within a startup environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Advance Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and VBA, Google Sheets, and familiarity with scripting languages such as App Script.
- Knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently to enhance data analysis processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
