Growth Architect – Strategic Initiatives

Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, high-agency generalist to join the Strategic Initiatives team - a fast-moving vertical focused on designing and running 0→1 experiments that unlock new growth vectors across AssetPlus. This role demands a mix of structured execution, marketing intuition, and creative problem-solving. You'll work directly on short-term pilots and long-term bets that sit outside the day-to-day BAU, often in ambiguous, greenfield zones.
Key Responsibilities
0→1 Experiment Design & Execution
- Take early-stage ideas and convert them into testable pilots. Define hypotheses, design test mechanics, set metrics, and execute fast loops with learnings documented.
Project Management Across Stakeholders
- Own timelines, resource planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination across multiple projects — often spanning marketing, ops, product, training, or external partners.
Marketing Integration & Execution
- Bring deep familiarity with marketing funnels, creatives, messaging, and digital + offline execution. Collaborate with the marketing team or directly manage campaigns for specific initiatives.
Creative Problem Solving & Rapid Prototyping
- Apply first-principles thinking to solve unclear problems. Be comfortable iterating with imperfect data, ambiguous mandates, or non-standard tools.
Performance Tracking & Learning Loops
- Set up dashboards, feedback systems, or cohort-level tracking where needed. Extract insights, run retros, and build internal documentation/playbooks from each pilot.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Navigate across functions — from briefing designers to aligning ops, coordinating with external advisors, and looping in founders when needed. You'll act as the glue across diverse contributors.
Bias for Action & End-to-End Ownership
- This isn't a hand-off role. You'll scope the pilot, write the first doc, get the first 20 calls done if needed, and ensure the last mile is closed. You default to "build mode" without waiting for approvals.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally in a cross-functional or generalist role
- Strong marketing literacy - performance channels, campaign mechanics, messaging, and positioning
- Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple threads and stakeholders
- High comfort with ambiguity, speed, and unstructured problem spaces
- Excellent written and verbal communication - able to brief, persuade, and synthesize well
- Bonus if you've worked on scale initiatives, go-to-market pilots, or strategic partnerships
