About the Role

At SSCG, the Founder's Office runs on speed, precision, and leverage. You'll work directly with the Founder & Managing Partner, acting as a problem-solver, execution partner, and strategic generalist. One day you might be building an investor deck, the next you're managing a cross-border project or scouting a new venture opportunity. This role is about
range and ownership
— the ability to shift gears between strategy, operations, and execution without missing pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Projects:
    Own and execute special initiatives across SSCG's business lines (consulting, venture studio, marketing, talent, etc.).
  • Ops & Execution:
    Drive follow-through on key decisions, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery.
  • Research & Insights:
    Prepare deep-dive market scans, investment memos, and competitor analysis for strategic choices.
  • Investor & Partner Interface:
    Support fundraising, investor communications, and external partnerships.
  • Founder Leverage:
    Anticipate needs, prep briefing docs, manage critical follow-ups, and act as an extension of the Founder.
  • Confidentiality & Trust:
    Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in
    consulting, venture capital, startups, or high-growth environments
    . Exceptional fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to build
    structured decks, memos, and models
    .
  • Excellent communication — sharp writing, clear storytelling, and confident presence with stakeholders.
  • Bias for speed, ownership, and resourcefulness.
  • Willingness to travel and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Bonus: Financial modeling, exposure to fundraising, or hands-on startup ops.
