**Job Title: Customs Clearance Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Customs Clearance Coordinator** to oversee and manage all customs clearance activities related to incoming shipments. This role involves tracking and following up on shipments, documenting transactions, and coordinating day-to-day activities with logistics companies and clearance agents to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and track incoming shipments to ensure timely customs clearance.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and clearance agents to facilitate customs procedures.
- Prepare, review, and verify all necessary shipping and customs documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipment statuses, and clearance processes.
- Communicate with internal teams to provide shipment updates and resolve any clearance-related issues.
- Address any customs delays, disputes, or regulatory concerns to ensure mínimal disruption to supply chain operations.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to customs duties, tariffs, or import/export requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures to optimize clearance efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 Years Experince Required
- Proven experience in customs clearance, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, documentation, and import/export procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with customs authorities and logistics providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
