- The incumbent must be from an Insurance background with experience of property/engineering/marine insurance.
- Must have experience of successfully servicing customers and engaging them with technical information and nuisances of policy wording, terms & conditions.
- Should have a pleasing presence and be able to communicate effectively.
- Ability to handle MS-Excel and be able to analyses information will be advantageous

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Quote Procurement
- Underwriting proposals for Fire, Engineering, Mis. & Marine Policies, Liability
- Engagement with BD team along with customer.
- Review of claim & policy terms
- Float Request for Quote (RFQ)
- Prepare Quote Comparison Report (QCR) in consultation with Regional Manager /Placement Head/ Chief Technical Officer
- Negotiation with Insurer after feedback from BD Team for delivering best pricing and Terms.
- Placing the cover as per agreed terms with the customer.
- Arrangement of Held Covered Letter and Policy Document
- E-File and Physical Filing of Documents
- Expiring Policy Copy and claim summary.
- Final Terms of RFQ & QCR with client
- Held Cover Letter
- Policy Copy
- Policy vetting for conforming Zero Error policy issuance.
- Taking Handover from Business Development team
- Induction/introduction with client as Key Account Manager
- Software Integration/entry (error resolutions If any within TAT)
- Timely intimation to claims team.
- Timely Issuing of Endorsements
- Monthly Closing
- Timely Response to customer queries.
- Review -Physical/Virtual with client
- Delivery of Renewal within defined timeframe
- Meetings with Customer independently and with BD
- Repeat of Quote Procurement Exercise

**ADDITIONAL SKILLS**:

- Excellent relationship management, written, oral, communication and presentation skills.

**COMPULSORY QUALIFICATION**:

- Graduate referred AII MBA/PGDM/HR
