Oracle EBS Admin
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive governance frameworks including SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, compliance, and risk management.
Lead a cross-functional delivery team (functional, technical, DBA, and integration specialists) in a global delivery model.
Oversee support and enhancements across Oracle EBS across Manufacturing, Finance, O2C, Planning & Scheduling, P2P, Distribution, RICE components and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), DBA teams.
Ensure platform reliability, reduce incidents, and standardize processes, identify inefficiencies, automate recurring tasks, and improve SLA adherence.
Manage escalations, incident/problem/change management, and ensure root cause analysis is completed for critical issues.
Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders; understand their pain points and objectives.
Present performance metrics, improvement plans, and innovation opportunities in executive reviews.
Track and report on budget utilization, cost efficiency, and year-on-year savings, drive value realization through continuous service improvements and delivery transformation.
Required qualifications:
15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 8 years in Oracle EBS preferably in manufacturing industry.
Strong functional knowledge across key EBS domains: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance.
Experience with RICEFW development lifecycle and Oracle DB administration coordination.
Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA Suite).
Proven track record in governance, SLA management, and client relationship management.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in onshore/offshore or managed services delivery models.
