**Job Summary**:
The Salesperson in the paint industry is responsible for driving sales by identifying potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing product recommendations, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales & Customer Service**:
- Promote and sell a range of paint products to customers.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable product.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
**-Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest paint products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Demonstrate the correct use of products, including surface preparation and finishing.
**- Account Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor customer accounts, track orders, and follow up on deliveries. - Conduct regular visits to key accounts to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred,
