
Outbound Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound phone sales calls to Australian clients
- Handle objections and close sales with a target-driven approach
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
- Record call details accurately and manage customer interactions
- Meet daily targets including 100+ calls per day
- Stay informed on product offerings and financial market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent telephone communication and sales presentation
- Strong ability to overcome objections and close deals
- Familiarity with Australian customer communication styles
- Experience in financial markets or stockbroking (preferred)
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
- Consistency in meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Experience in call centers or BPO environments (preferred)
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum **1 year of outbound phone sales experience**:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Knowledge of financial services will be an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
