**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and customize international travel packages based on client needs
- Handle end-to-end coordination of outbound travel bookings (flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visas)
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
- Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), suppliers, and partners for costings and bookings
- Prepare detailed itineraries and quotations with competitive pricing
- Ensure proper documentation and visa assistance where required
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client preferences
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any travel-related issues

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound tour operations or holiday package sales
- Strong knowledge of popular international destinations (Dubai, Europe, Bali, Thailand, etc.)
- Good negotiation skills and experience working with DMCs and vendors
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related tools/platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with online booking portals (e.g., Travel Boutique, GTA, Hotelbed )
- Experience in itinerary creation tools or CRM systems
- Knowledge of visa processes for popular outbound destinations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
