**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Convince customers to complete their purchase (abandoned carts/follow-ups).
- Call repeat customers and share updates/offers.
- Assist with replacement, returns, or tracking-related concerns.
- Provide real-time order assistance and ensure resolution within the expected time frame.
- Coordinate with internal teams (packing/shipping) when needed.
- Maintain CRM tools with customer notes, feedback, and status updates.
- Ensure customers feel valued, heard, and confident about their shopping experience with Eastside.
- Report common issues and feedback to the management to improve services and products.
- ENGLISH Language is must
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
