Help Desk Executive

We are looking for a **Help Desk Executive / Education Counsellor** to join our training institute's student support team. You will be the first point of contact for students interested in our career-oriented courses. Your role will be to answer inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, provide course details, and guide students through the enrollment process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to students who have shown interest in our courses.
- Attend incoming calls and respond to inquiries about available training programs.
- Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with students and maintain proper records in CRM.
- Schedule counseling appointments and ensure a smooth admission process.
- Provide basic support for student queries during and after course enrollment.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills in English and any local language.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Interest in education, sales, or counselling is a plus.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
**Education Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
