If you are passionate about technology and customer service, we want you on our team Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly to user inquiries and support requests through various channels. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. - Provide support for common software applications and corporate tools. - Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference. - Assist in setting up new equipment, including installation and configuration. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. - Assist with IT projects and system updates as necessary. - Train and onboard new employees on IT systems and tools. - Keep an inventory of IT equipment and perform audits as needed. Requirements Requirements - Experience: 3-5 years in IT support or technical help desk role. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems. - Understanding of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN). - Familiarity with common business software such as Microsoft Office and cloud applications. - Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Strong customer service orientation and patience. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Education: - A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. - Certifications: - CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar certification is desirable.
