Your focus will be on digital solutions, with the capability to develop innovative software products that solve customer problems. As **Business & Technology Researcher **you will support the BGS Incubation Portfolio in implementing innovative digital product solutions from the initial idea through software development to market launch for our aviation customers.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Identify and detail customer business problems and objectives, formulates and communicate the business vision, understands the user personas, market trends, competitors, and market price. Supports in defining, refining, and detailing business requirements and user stories of the proposed mínimal viable product
- Interacts directly with customers to understand and help solve real business problems
- Interacts with project partners to clarify and define product and system criteria associated with the proposed solution, including translation of client needs into technical requirements as an interactive process throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyzes and documents features and user stories and develops detailed functional specifications
- Develops prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate new capabilities

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT related field or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related experience in the aviation industry, preferably airline operations OR Bachelor in Aerospace Engineering with focus on airline operations OR a combination of both
