As an Online Bidder at Advist Global, you will play a crucial role in generating business opportunities through online platforms and marketplaces. You will be responsible for identifying and securing projects, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in the IT services industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other relevant websites.
- Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries.
- Participate in the bidding process, including submitting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals to secure new projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, follow-up, and customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project status using CRM tools or other software platforms.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and payments to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to the services offered by Advist Global.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and marketplaces, with a track record of winning projects and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Willingness to relocate to Noida
- Minimum 1 Year of relevant experience.

Additional Requirements:

- Upwork bidding experience in the IT industry for 2-3 years.
- Familiarity with the nuances of IT-related bids and proposals.
- Proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
