We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals for the **International Voice Process - Banking Domain**. This role requires individuals with prior international BPO voice experience to assist our global clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound/outbound banking-related voice calls
- Assist with debit and credit card replacements
- Resolve payment gateway issues
- Address and resolve customer/client queries effectively
- Maintain performance metrics like Average TAT, Resolution Rate, and AHT
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in an International BPO Voice Process
- Must have completed **12th grade or equivalent**:

- Comfortable working in **night shifts**:

- Willingness to **work from office** initially for training (6-8 weeks), followed by **Work from Home**:

- Should be an **immediate joiner**
