Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused International Voice Process Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and prior experience in international BPO/voice support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain call quality standards and follow company guidelines.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet process targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer feedback.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English verbal communication skills.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle irate customers professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in international voice/BPO processes is mandatory
