**International Voice Process**

**Location: Thane, Maharashtra**

**Shift Timings**: 6 PM to 3 AM (Fixed Night Shifts)

**Off Days: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Week Off)**

**Salary Package: Upto 40,000/- IN HAND**

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for reminder calls to customers for debt recovery

Manage collections of outstanding debts from customers/clients.

Negotiate payment plans and assist clients with clearing their debts.

Maintain accurate records of all collections efforts and interactions.

Work towards monthly targets for debt recovery and follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to collections.

Provide excellent customer service while managing collections.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in the International Voice Process or Customer Support role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong command of English.
- Previous BPO, ex-comms, or international voice experience is preferred.

**Interview Process**:
**HR Round**: Initial screening and discussion of the role and benefits.

**Ops Interview**:Assessing your process knowledge and ability to handle calls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
