**Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:

- Google Ads (Search)
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Own the performance funnel - from impression to conversion - with a focus on driving sales and scaling efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and product teams to craft high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide regular reporting on key metrics (CPA, RoAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Stay up to date with platform changes and new features across Google, Meta, YouTube.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc., to track, attribute, and report campaign performance.

**Desired Skills and Competency:

- **
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Must have directly worked on performance campaigns for Google, Meta, YouTube.
- Prior experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data, metrics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment.
- Familiarity with attribution tools, pixel implementation, and e-commerce analytics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
