**Guest Relations Executive /Front Office
- Real Estate**

**Job Summary**:
**English/Hindi & Telugu is mandate**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Handling**: Greet and assist visitors, potential buyers, and tenants professionally.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries, provide property information, and guide them through the property buying or leasing process.
- **Appointment Coordination**: Schedule and manage client appointments with sales and leasing teams.
- **Hospitality Services**: Ensure a premium hospitality experience, including offering refreshments and a comfortable environment.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback and provide reports to management for service improvements.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing open houses, property launches, and other promotional events.
- **Documentation Support**: Help clients with basic paperwork and coordinate with the legal and sales teams for documentation processing.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Min 6 months experience in **guest relations, customer service, or hospitality** (preferably in real estate). Freshers also welcome.
- Good **communication and interpersonal** skills.
- Strong organizational and **multitasking** abilities.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and property management is a plus.
- Ability to work on weekends and flexible schedules when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
