**Job description**
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to manage walk
+ Roles and Responsibilities:
Front Desk Administrator
1. Handle walk-in inquiries and provide initial information about student visa services.
2. Record and maintain accurate data for all walk-in clients.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients, ensuring a welcoming and
professional atmosphere.
4. Direct clients to appropriate counselors based on their individual needs.
5. Provide general administrative support, including document scanning and coordinating
courier services.

6. Conduct follow-up calls with walk-in clients and IELTS students, recording interactions
accurately.
7. Track IELTS faculty schedules and monitor student progress.
8. Maintain and update Excel sheets for Canadian colleges and universities.
9. Perform follow-up calls with clients as needed, ensuring all communications are timely and
well-documented.
10. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management to support off
operations.
