**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems, including QuickBooks.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite.
- Manage incoming communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.
- Support the CEO with special projects and tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain an organised office environment to enhance productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.
- A professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
