As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at aiding managers and employees with organization and communication.
**Req. Knowledge and Skills**:
1. Strong organizational and planning skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with different personalities.
7. Discretion and confidentiality.
8. Documentation Skills Ability to prepare, review, and manage various documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
9. Accounts Managements Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and the ability to manage financial records and budgets.
Pay: ₹25,086.00 - ₹30,582.03 per month
