
Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing their schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in project management tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Manage office-related tasks, such as filing, document management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support in preparing minutes of meetings and following up on action points.
- Conduct research and compile information as required by the Director.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree preferred (any field).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- **Language Skills**: Strong fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and administrative software is an advantage.
- **Other Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive and resourceful attitude with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
