**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact between the executive and clients, partners, stakeholders, and team members.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including preparation of agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with personal errands, tasks, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external contacts through effective communication.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**; ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
