
Learning Administrator

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Ensure on-time updates to training attendance, feedback, and trackers on the internal LMS
- Handle end to end logistics for all programs whether online, Instructor Led, or Webinars
- Partner with external vendors (where applicable), and manage the vendor management lifecycle
- Support reporting of training metrics and dashboards on a regular basis to internal stakeholders
**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; be able to manage multiple priorities and work with mínimal supervision, in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; conscientious and thorough in own work product
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills; experience of working globally and collaboratively with stakeholders across functions, countries and cultures.
- Good oral and written English communication skills; able to structure key messages, information, and presentations for clarity and impact.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to analyze and present data
- Should be creative, and work with a sense of urgency, to ensure things get done
**Desired Skills**:
- LMS Administration preferably Cornerstone
- Experience with e-learning platforms
