**Job Title**: Chef & Kitchen Helper (Chinese Snacks)

**1. Chef (Chinese Snacks Specialist)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese snacks such as momos, noodles, fried rice, spring rolls, etc.
- Maintain quality, taste, and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen stock, ingredients, and ensure timely food preparation.
- Train and guide helpers in basic kitchen tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in cooking Chinese snacks is mandatory.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹22,000 + ₹3,000 incentives

**2. Kitchen Helper**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
- Help in serving and packing orders.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required (training will be provided).
- Hardworking, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Salary**: As per experience and performance (within given range).
