**Job Profile (Desk Job)**:
- Sales & Business Development:_
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential areas for growth.
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation:_
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our products/services and generating leads.
Follow-up on leads and maintain an organized database for effective lead management.
- B2B & B2C & Web Portal Handling:_
Manage both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) relationships.
Oversee the handling of our web portal, ensuring efficient operations and timely responses to inquiries.
- Communication (Online & Paper):_
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams through various channels.
Prepare and handle online and paper-based documentation, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Miscellaneous Office Chores:_
Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Provide support in coordinating meetings, organizing files, and managing office supplies.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum age: 30 years.
- Minimum Experience Required: 10+ years
- Graduation is a minimum educational requirement.
- Desired qualities include being alert, attentive, aware, punctual, polite, positive, sincere, and responsible.
- Fluency in English speaking, reading, writing, and typing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and web platforms.
- Previous experience in online and tele marketing, database management, lead generation, and cold calling will be preferred.
