**Work mode**: This is a work-from-office opportunity in Hyderabad which includes working 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant (EA) who provides high-level administrative support to the CEO by managing schedules, facilitating communication, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders. The EA ensures the executive's time is optimized and that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

**Key responsibilities**:

- ** Calendar Management**: Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments while prioritizing conflicting needs.
- ** Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- ** Meeting Preparation**: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings. Take meeting minutes and track follow-up tasks.
- ** Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- ** Liaison Role**: Act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- ** Document Management**: Organize and maintain the executive's files, documents, and records.
- ** Office Management**: Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall office operations as required.
- ** Event Planning**: Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, team offsites, and executive-level meetings.

**Must Have skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related administrative role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
