**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to loan disbursements, collections, delinquency (DPD), NPA analysis, customer portfolios, etc.
- Automate MIS reports and dashboards using tools like Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
- Track performance metrics and KPIs for sales, recovery, and branch performance.
- Coordinate with departments (Credit, Collections, Finance, Sales) to ensure accurate data reporting.
- Provide actionable insights from data to support business strategy.
- Ensure data integrity and conduct audits to maintain accuracy.
- Monitor and report portfolio performance, aging analysis, and risk metrics.
- Support regulatory and compliance-related reporting (RBI reporting, statutory audit support).
- Prepare ad hoc reports as required by senior management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis, preferably in an NBFC, BFSI, or financial services company.
- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)**, **SQL**, and exposure to **BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)**.
- Understanding of NBFC operations, products (secured/unsecured loans), and key financial indicators.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
