**Job Title**: MIS Executive

**Reports to**: Manager /

**Job Purpose**:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support management in decision-making. The role involves maintaining databases, generating regular reports, automating dashboards, and ensuring accuracy in data management to improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Generate dashboards and automate reports using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Identify trends, variances, and insights to support business decisions.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate and timely information.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity while preparing reports.
- Coordinate with different teams (operations, HR, sales, etc.) to gather required data.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements.
- Develop process improvements to streamline reporting systems.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros preferred).
- Knowledge of **SQL / Power BI / Tableau** will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or a similar role

**Key Deliverables**:

- Accurate and timely submission of MIS reports.
- Data insights for management to support business strategies.
- Improved reporting efficiency through automation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
