Key Responsibilities:
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Create, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards; analyze data to provide business insights.
- **System Maintenance**: Ensure smooth operation of MIS systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work with departments to understand reporting needs and provide solutions; train users and collaborate with IT teams.
- **Data Security & Compliance**: Ensure data security and compliance with regulations; maintain documentation.
- **Process Improvement**: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance data processes and reporting effectiveness.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Strong understanding of MIS tools, databases, and reporting systems (e.g., Advance Excel, Macro etc.).
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence systems.
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of data security principles and practices.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
