**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to support decision-making across departments such as sales, inventory, production, and finance. The role involves maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, and ensuring timely updates in ERP systems specific to jewellery operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management & Reporting**
- Collect, analyze, and maintain data from sales, purchase, production, and inventory departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations to track performance trends (sales, margins, stock movement, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in ERP systems (e.g., _Jewelsoft, Tally, or custom ERP_).

**Inventory & Stock Monitoring**
- Track gold, diamond, and gemstone inventory across stores and manufacturing units.
- Reconcile physical stock with system data and report discrepancies.
- Generate SKU-level inventory and movement reports.

**Sales & Operations Analysis**
- Generate reports on product performance, sales trends, and customer buying patterns.
- Assist management in forecasting demand and planning procurement or production accordingly.

**Process Coordination**
- Liaise with sales, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth data flow.
- Support management in automating manual data processes and improving system efficiency.

**Compliance & Record-Keeping**
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance (including hallmark, GST, and export documentation if applicable).
- Ensure timely submission of all internal and statutory reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in MIS, preferably in the **jewellery, retail, or manufacturing** industry.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel (Advanced), Tally ERP, and/or jewellery ERP systems.**:

- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of **inventory control**, **costing**, and **data reconciliation**.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
