Currently we have vacancy for "MIS Executive" in our Kolkata center. collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to generate reports and dashboards for management decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity, support business operations, and help to improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - **Data Collection and Analysis**: Gather data from different departments and sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - **Report Generation**: Create regular and ad-hoc reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) using tools like Excel and Crystal Reports. - **Dashboard Development**: Design and implement dashboards to visualize data insights and support decision-making. - **System Maintenance**: Maintain and support the organization's MIS, ensuring smooth operation and data integrity. - **Process Improvement**: Analyze business information to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - **Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure timely and accurate reporting. - **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Advance Excel, data analysis, and database management is often required. **Benifits**:PF&ESI **Salary**: 15000-18000 take home **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required) **Experience**: - MIS field in BPO sector: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 14/05/2025
