MIS EXECUTIVE

**About the role**

Prepare MIS related report for management evaluation and analysis. Identify the opportunities of automation of the reports and dashboards using advanced excel and macros. Should perform day to day operational reporting and report analysis.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Data Management:

- Collect, validate, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data related to animal pathology tests, samples, and results.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security by implementing best practices and data validation procedures.

Report Generation:

- Develop, generate, and distribute regular reports on laboratory activities, test results, and performance metrics.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management, researchers, or regulatory bodies.

Information Systems Management:

- Maintain and optimize the laboratory's information systems, including LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and related software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in collaboration with IT support.

Data Analysis:

- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights from laboratory data.
- Assist in making data-driven decisions and recommendations to improve lab operations.

Data Security and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data security protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Monitor and implement data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with laboratory staff, pathologists, researchers, and external partners to understand their data needs and provide necessary support.
- Assist in training lab personnel on data entry and reporting procedures.

Continuous Improvement:
Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline data management and reporting processes.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in MIS.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS, data management, or a related role, with a preference for experience in a healthcare or pathology lab setting.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software, including LIMS, Excel, and database management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
