**Job Title**:MIS Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources to ensure the MIS is updated and accurate at all times.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare and generate regular MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries based on specified requirements and timelines.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all MIS reports and databases.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and enhance existing MIS processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability in data management.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with different departments to understand their MIS requirements and provide timely support in meeting their information needs.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any technical issues related to data extraction, reporting, or analysis.
- **Data Visualization**: Present complex data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format through charts, graphs, and other visual aids.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:1-3 years of proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, with a track record of handling and analysing data effectively.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel **(including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Max and Mean Formula, Mid Function, COUNTIF, and Left Right Function**) and familiarity with other data analysis tools.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret complex data.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights and reports clearly to stakeholders.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and present error-free reports.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- **Team Player**: Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
- **Adaptability**: Openness to learning new technologies and techniques to improve MIS processes.
- **Integrity**: Demonstrated ethics and a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
