First work coordinate the site Supervisor/In charge for how many trip on a day wises Co-ordination with Vendor regarding submission of MIS and Bill Collect the all trip sheets from supervisor Check all manual trip sheets and validate the same from operations Check the all trip sheets properly Ex: Review and validate all trip sheets(a) Check the date in tripsheetsPrepare various MIS related to vendor, clients profitability, operational effeciancy and share it to management(b) Check the travelled empolyees signs in tripsheetsPrepare and share the reviewed MIS with Clients and reconcile the same with them.(c) Check the Time/location/Vehicle no. in tripsheetsPrepare Invoice and share with the cleints. Then prepare the MIS daily basis in excel formatValidate Vendor Bill and share it with accounts teamScan the all tripsheets on daily basisCordinate to client for payment as per mention in agreementPrepare the final MIS & sent it to client in Weekly/Fortnight/Monthly as per client requirementArrange to prepare relevant client and vendor onboarding agreementsAfter approval from client end then preapare the invoice also generate the e-invoice in GST portalAfter the complete the internal process same is send to client in same mailAll tripsheets submit in client as per requirement processCordinate to client for payment as per mention in agreement

Experience - 2 To 3 Years........

Working Days - Monday To Friday - 10.30 Am to 7.00 Pm

Saturday - 10.30 Am to 5.00 Pm................

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
