We are looking for dynamic and talented individuals to join our team as Chat Process Executive for **Telugu/Kannada/Bengali language**. As a Chat Process Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through online chat to resolve their queries and provide solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records of customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and trends
- Meet performance targets such as productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in **Telugu/Kannada/Bengali language** (read, write, and speak)
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a chat process, is a plus
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
