Job Title: Customer Support Associate - Chat Process
Company: Tech Mahindra
Location: Visakhapatnam (Onsite)
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working (Rotational shifts, 2 weekly offs)
**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate product/service-related information to customers.
Resolve customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Maintain records of interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to achieve performance metrics and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or any graduate.
Communication: Good written English communication skills are mandatory.
Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Willing to work in rotational shifts and onsite.
Additional Information:
Work Type: Onsite
Shift: Rotational (24x7 environment, including night shifts)
Working Days: 5 days
