**Job Title : Chat Support Executive**

Location:( Indore)

Reports to: Team Lead - Chat Support

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

2. Resolve customer queries and issues, escalating complex issues to the Team Lead as needed.

3. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, including product information, order status, and returns/exchanges.

4. Utilize knowledge base and other resources to resolve customer issues efficiently.

5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding targets for customer satisfaction and first contact resolution.

6. Collaborate with other teams, including sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

7. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field.

2. 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role.

3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously.

5. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

6. Proficiency in chat support software and technology.

Salary:

- 15K - 25K
